Accommodation for 12 - 16 people. 

In brief the chalet has 7 twin or double bedrooms, 5 bath or shower rooms, 2 sitting rooms, dining area and fully fitted Kitchen, integrel garage, ski locker and boot warmers and outside parking.

Large main Sitting room with corner fireplace, 3 sofas, chairs and coffee tables, dining area with 2 tables and seating for up to 16 people, french doors opening onto large south facing covered Terrace. 

American style fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, cooker, microwave & fridge.

Door from the main sitting room leads to a second sitting room with further seating + table and chairs

Upstairs twin/double bedrooms 1 & 2 each has access to large south facing Balcony, one has shared ensuite bathroom and the other an ensuite shower room.  The 3rd double/twin bedroom has own door to shared ensuite bathroom.  The 4th large grenier family bedroom has 2 single beds (can be a double) + sofa bed and en-suite bathroom

The lower garden floor has 2 double/twin bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and one with shared en-suite bathroom, which also has a door from the hall and is shared with the further large bed sitting room with 2 single beds, 2 tub chairs, a table and chairs. 

Also on the lower floor is a utility room with sink, cupboards, wasing machine and tumble dryer.

The chalet has underfloor heating on the ground and garden floor + convectors and heated towel rails in the bath and shower rooms

The chalet also has an integrel garage, further outside parking, covered area with ski locker and boot warmers.

Steps lead down to area of lawn .

Next to Ski Slopes (snow permitting it is possible to ski to & from the chalet). Chamonix & Mont Blanc, Megeve, La Clusaz, Annecy within 60 minutes drive. Evian & Lake Geneva approximately 30 minutes.

Extra Facilities
During the ski season EVENING MEALS can be delivered. Our neighbours Jean-Francois & Dominique who ran the 'Le Cofi' restaurant in the village now offer a selection of menus for delivery to the chalet. (Must be booked at least 48hours in advance and each menu choice must be for a minimum of 4 people)

Fresh bread and croissants can be delivered each morning to the chalet

Extra activities
Apart from skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and ice skating available in the winter there is a full range of summer activities. There is a lake, 2 minutes walk behind the chalet, for swimming which has a shallow beach area roped off for toddlers as well as a water slide. During the French school summer holidays there is a small charge by the day to cover the cost of the lifeguards. 

There is an 18 hole golf course with wonderful views of Mont Blanc. 

The "Pony" Club offering childrens rides is just behind the chalet plus an Adventure Park set in the trees behind the lake. There is downhill karting from the village centre lifts. Available nearby is mountain biking, horse riding, white water rafting and paragliding for the more adventurous.

Les Gets
The traditional alpine village of Les Gets has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops and is within easy walking distance from the chalet.

Skiing Information
Ski In & Out (snow permitting, snow canons on some routes back to the chalet) it is an short run (2 mins) from the chalet down to the main telecabin and lift in the centre of Les Gets and it is possible to ski back from the Chavannes pistes by the lake or from the Yeti/Ranfolly runs. There is also a free navette bus to the other lifts in Les Gets. 

The Ski Hire shop passed on the way up to the chalet offers a discount on hire to our clients. The Portes du Soleil ski area is the largest skiing area in France and it is also possible to ski on into Switzerland.

There are French and an English ski school in Les Gets. The French ski school will take children for the day and for an extra charge can provide lunch and indoor afternoon activities for children too young to ski all day. There is also an excellent creche for younger children and babies.

Beds have pillows & duvets or blankets.   If bringing you own double beds will need 2 super king sized sheets and 4 pillowcases, single beds 2 single sheets and 2 pillow cases. 

Linen & towels can be hired for a supplement of £15 per person per week, if staying more than one week there is a further supplement of £15 per person per aditional week/s if fresh linen and towels required.  Doubles include 2 sheets and 4 pillowcases, singles 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases + 1 bath towel per person.

There is a cot and high chair available but clients would need to bring their own cot linen.

Situated approximately 1 hour drive from Geneva in a quiet setting, close to the school & lake for swimming in the summer. 5 minutes walk across meadow track (next to ski slope or 10 minutes walk around the road to centre of village (open air ice rink in winter)
