The villa has been partially renovated with a beautiful newly built pool (10 metres long x 5 metres wide, and 1 metre deep at the shallow end to 2 metres at the deep end). The pool has a security fence around it with a child proof gate. There is an attractive overflow from the pool towards the garden where there is quite a large lawned area and a boule court.
The property is south facing and therefore has the advantage of the sun all day. It is tastefully furnished and decorated providing comfortable accommodation. There is a beautiful large terrace with a barbecue and sink.
