Self catering accomodation
The house sleeps 6 (+cot) in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed is on the mezzanine (not suitable for children - safety gate installed).

Ground floor; 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 twin, both with french doors, cosy open fire lounge with french doors leading to the sun terrace, well equipped kitchen area, large bathroom with bath/shower and separate wc. 

Large garden mainly grass with fruit trees, newly installed swimming pool 9 x 4m with roman steps and sun area.

Kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave, oven.  Washing machine and dryer are located in the garage accessed from the kitchen

Dining: seating for 6 people

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 6 people

Area
Bevian is a 5 minute walk from the village which has all the necessary amenities.  For a wider range of shops and restaurants the county town of Agen is just 15 minutes drive and Villeneuve-sur-Lot is only 20 minutes.

The principal cities in the region are Toulouse and Bordeaux. Between these two are major towns including: Agen: The County town of the Lot-et-Garonne which changed hands 11 times during the hundred years war and is well known for its plums (pruneaux). On the banks of the Garonne river it has a beautiful museum housed in four Renaissance houses. 

Villeneuve-sur-Lot: A powerful bastide on the banks of the Lot river. Founded in 1264 it has preserved a large quantity of small streets and half-timbered buildings. Close by is a superb 18 hole golf course. 

Moissac: On the banks of the Tarn river this bustling town with lively weekend markets, is famous for its Romanesque Abbey and Cloisters.

Local Activities:
The area has a wide variety of attractions chateaux, vineyards and historic sites.  Activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, walking.
