Self catering accommodation
A living room with a fully equipped fitted kitchen
(an extensive list of furniture and appliances is available
on request). An open fireplace. A televison and a telephone
(a telecom card will be needed). There is also a bed
sette which can be used as an extra double bed if required.
All rooms have central heating.
There are 3 bedroom, 2 with double beds and the other
with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower. Toilets.
The house has electric heating (electricity is charged
in the winter).
Out doors
There is a large shelter (9m x 5m) with a barbecue and
garden furniture which can used to eat outside (the
shelter can be used in not so good weather for meals).
A large area of grass and parking area outside the house.
Cars can be parked under the shelter or in the yard.
The village car park is also nearby.
Shops
All shops can be found within 10km in Rouffignac or
Le Buuge (14kms) or Les Eyzies (14kms), as well as chemists,
doctors etc.
