This beautiful apartment is in a superb position close to the beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer. This property is ideal for clients who do not want to hire a car as it is within walking distance of a good selection of shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.
The interior is spacious and light and is furnished to a high standard in contemporary style. Having been recently renovated, the interior is newly decorated and the appliances are new.

This is a great place for people who want to be right in the town. There is also excellent public transport for exploring the area.
Holiday Accommodation
The living room has comfortable seating, a television and a dining area, and opens on to a large balcony. It faces south west and is a real suntrap.
The kitchen is separate and is equipped with a 4-ring hob, combined microwave oven and grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and electric kettle. This room opens on to the other balcony.
There are two very attractive bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twins which may be put together. Both bedrooms open on to the balconies.
There is a shower room which has a spacious shower, two washbasins and a washing machine.
The W.C. is separate.
Situation
The property is in the Boulevard Kennedy which leads down to the beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer and it is surrounded by a range of restaurants, cafés and shops. The area is well served by public transport; the railway station is 500m and there are regular buses along the coast road.
It is about 10km from Nice and therefore only a short taxi ride from the airport. A short bus ride (only EUR 1.3) from Cagnes is a vast, stylish shopping centre called Cap 3000. It has chic boutiques, a great food hall and a roof top restaurant; it is easily possible to spend a day there.

Nice itself has much of cultural interest for art lovers, such as the Matisse and Chagall museums. The old town is lively and full of good places to eat particularly around the Cours Saleya. There are also excellent restaurants on the beach all along the Promenade des Anglais.
Antibes is about 8km and has sandy beaches and a great range of restaurants and cafés. As well as some lovely shops and boutiques there is also a wonderful Provençal market with local produce on the Cours Massena.
