The accommodation comprises: a fully equipped modern kitchen, full sized double bedroom with en suite shower and toilet., living room with dining, seating 4 adults (living room has a new double sofa bed with additional single child’s bed.
There is independent access with private patio and barbeque, parking within the grounds.
Bedding, towels, electricity and water is inclusive (except beach towels).
The apartment is offered on a self-catering basis, a welcome pack is included on arrival (tea, coffee, bread and milk, bottle red and white local wine!)

The apartment is situated in the breath-taking vineyards of South West France, 4 minutes by car away from the nearest town of Ste. Foy La Grande which sits on the beautiful Dordogne River. Ste. Foy La Grande boasts one of the best Saturday markets in the whole of France! and has good sized supermarkets, and quality restaurants.
The region is rightly proud of it’s gastronomic food.
For Golfers Chateaux Des Vigiers Golf Club is 20 minutes drive. Also there are other outdoor activities close by, (canoeing, cycling, mountain-biking, quad bikes, jet skiing, also an in-land lake with beach, sporting pedalos and safe swimming with children’s activities.
Wine tasting is literally on the doorstep as Le Lardot is situated on the Route de Vin for the Bergerac Appellation and is within 20 minutes drive from St. Emilion, and 1 hour from Bordeaux.
We are close to many Bastide Towns, the ancient town of Bergerac is 20 minutes drive, the battlefields of the 100 years war in Castillon is also near.
