This brand new villa with level is situated on a large private terrain, partly planted as vineyard (behind villa La Vigne). The swimming-pool (8m x 4 m) has built-in steps and under-water lights.
Large covered terrace on the ground-floor and a terrace on the upper storey for both bedrooms. There's a garage, a covered pergola near the swimming-pool and all kinds of garden-chairs, garden-furniture, parasol and barbecue.

Electric heating in all rooms (on the ground-floor you have floor heating).
Open kitchen with all necessary comforts: fridge, ceramic cooking-range, oven, micro-wave, dish-washer and all necessary kitchen-equipment for 6 persons. The kitchen has also access to the covered terrace.
Through the living-room you have access to the 'Master Bedroom' with 2 single beds (80 x 200) and wardrobe with access to the terrace. This room has its own bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing-table.
Upper storey with 2 large bedrooms with folding doors to the terrace, each provided with 2 single beds (90 x 200). Single blankets everywhere. Wardrobe in both bedrooms.
Also on the upper storey a large bathroom with shower, washing-table and toilet.
The garage is also accessible through the hall. Ideal house during the winter-season because of the good isolation and floor heating. Warm water through sun-energy, heating with gas.
