Saint Martin l'Ars in the Vienne - Sleeps 6
A spacious self contained farmhouse apartment in the beautiful Vienne countryside situated in a quiet hamlet close to the picturesque village of Saint Martin l'Ars with a shop, restaurant and a recreational lake with canoes and small electric boats for hire and complete with a beach area for swimming.
The area is ideal for quiet bike rides and walking the d'Oc and d'Ol (the old north to south footpath) is directly behind the farmhouse, plus many other beautiful footpaths in the area.
Futurescope is a futuristic theme park 1 hour drive for a fantastic day out.
The historic town of Confolons a 20 minute drive, holds a International folk dance and music festival in August is well worth a visit,
Genceay a large village is a 20 minute drive, they have a big market every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month also an accordian festival is held every summer.
Also we have the Valley de Singes (the valley of the Apes) for a good day out for every age group.
The circuit Vienne race track cars and bikes is only 15 minutes away plus many more interesting places and markets to visit.
The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people
There are 2 L shaped bedrooms, both rooms has a double and a single bed with en-suite bathrooms.
In the open living area there is a fully fitted kitchen area with all the necessary equipment required: fridge, cooker (gaz), toaster, microwave, electric kettle and a full complement of saucepans, china and cutlery.
There is a washing machine in the utility room downstairs also Sky TV and a bed settee.
The apartment has central heating throughout and retains the original beams and character of the old farmhouse.
Short and long breaks available. Ideal stop over if traveling further south.

We have 2 very sociable and well behaved dogs also a cat who thinks she is a dog, plus the girls my chickens. None of these animals will trouble you.
