The house stands in a quiet road with a drive to take one car in the front garden. To the rear of the property, we have a downstairs patio with a quality table and 4 chairs and looks onto a lawned area with a 33 metre swimming pool and two tennis courts 40 metres away. The 14th fairway is next o the tennis courts.

To the rear of the house we have a lawned area beyond the large patio, which has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks a lovely 33m swimming pool and 2 fine tennis courts, which are adjacent to the 14th fairway.
Upstairs theres a large terrace with 3 large potted plants a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ. It looks and is delightful. Both areas have outside lighting, so you have a choice as to where you can relax in the evenings with a bottle or two.
The property has been furnished with top quality furniture and there is a flat screen 32" TV and DVD player, a free internal telephone which has internet access via plug in (plug not supplied).The kitchen is fully fitted.
The house has Full central heating and air conditioning in the lounge/dining area. 2 bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms
