A beautifully furnished two bedroom penthouse apartment situated in one of the best positions on the Jack Nicklaus designed La Torre Golf Resort, stunning pool and golf course views.The apartment has a large west facing roof terrace plus an additional terrace from the bedrooms with views across the countryside.

Bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 and 2 have comfortable twin beds,both rooms have French doors leading to a veranda, fitted wardrobes with hangers and drawer unit, bedside table and lamp.
Bathrooms: Separate bathroom with full-size bath, overhead shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet and bidet, towel rails, tiled floor and walls with natural light received through arched window.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils; and free standing kitchen table with chairs; double aspect windows and door leading to utility room.
Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron, various cleaning equipment.
Living Room: Fully air conditioned lounge/dining room with views across golf course, equipped with two leather settees, one of which is a sofabed, flat screen TV showing English and Continental channels, coffee table, side table with lamp, dining table and chairs.
Outside: Large sun terrace furnished with tiled round table and four cushioned matching chairs, also two adjustable sun loungers, drinks table and umbrella.
Cleaning/towels linen: The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, towels, bedlinen and pool towels are provided.
La Torre is the largest and busiest Polaris World resort and is situated just fifteen minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters of the Mar Menor lagoon – the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. La Torre Golf Resort is easily accessible from Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports. It also has excellent access to the most important cities in the region - Murcia and Cartagena.
Resort amenities
There are many services on the resort for the use of residents and guests alike. Services include a large supermarket, bank, hairdressing and beauty salon, healthcare centre, bars, restaurants, a travel agency offering excursions to the region’s attractions and numerous communal swimming pools.
A superb Spa, run by E’Spa, offering a comprehensive range of Spa treatments and mineral baths will be opening shortly.
Golf
The resort has a superb 18 hole, par 69, golf course designed by Nicklaus Design that runs through the entire complex.
Its spectacular design includes large bunkers and huge lakes, making it a challenge to players of all levels. The lakes play an important role, as the game progresses greater skills are required. There are some spectacular golf holes on this course.

There are various restaurants and bars on this resort. In the clubhouse there is:-
ENCINA RESTAURANT
A superb restaurant offering buffet lunches and a la carte dinners. The restaurant has a lovely terrace with great views across the lake, plus luxurious indoor tables. An ideal venue for lunch and dinner offering desserts that are a "work or art'.
PINO´S BAR
Upstairs in the clubhouse there are always good times to be had in Pino’s Bar. With live music and a varied entertainment programme. A wide range of drinks and a comfortable atmosphere make it an ideal meeting place.
WOOD HOUSE BAR
After playing a round on the golf course, there is nothing better than having a drink while talking about the best shots of the game. The Wood House offers a good range of drinks and snacks and superb views from the terrace.

Shuttle bus
Any guest staying on a Polaris World Resort can use the facilities and services of all the Polaris World resorts, including the golf courses, bars and restaurants. Polaris World operate a shuttle service to take guests between the resorts. This currently runs four times daily but please check this as the service is subject to change.
