Right on the Promenade des Anglais, accross the street from the Carras Beach (The only sandy Beach in Nice). Where you will see the awsome view of the Bay; the most colourful sunrises and sunsets.
Self catering accommodation
This is a 2 double bedrooms with a large bath with a shower, tub bath & two vanities. A large open Kitchen concept, Dining & Living area (California style). It is on the fifth floor with a lift. You have a T.V. with DVD player for you enjoyment. There is a large sofa/sleeper in this room also.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher & Clothes Washer.
The apartment has central heating, also the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The back balcony overlooks Rue Californie which is parallel to the promenade.
All buses that will take you all over Nice for 1 euro; pass there. You can take the No.100 bus for 1.30 Euro to Mont Carlo. from the central bus station. The trip takes 1/2 an hour. !!!!
Old Nice with its famous variety of markets, the Pedestrian area with its restaurants that stay open late all year even week ends are minutes away. The Port, the Art Museums, Casinos, the chateau all are close by. Round the corner from the apartemnt yhere is a huge supermarket and about 5 resturants in its very close vicinity.
