The house is set in three aces of terraced parkland with Mulberry, Pomegranate, Fig, Olive and Pine trees. There is a rose garden, Virginia creeper pergola (with hammocks), patios, terraces and shady little corners for peace, quiet and tranquility.

There's a summer kitchen with BBQ, a private Floodlit Tennis Court and a large 12m x 8m Heated swimming Pool with loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. The Table Tennis, Pertanque and Babyfoot Table Football will keep the energetic occupied all day long

Location

Situated in the Gard-Languedoc Roussillion region in the South East of France, to the West of the Rhone. With easy access from the A7, the cities of Avignon and Nimes are not far away. The 12th Century medieval town of Uzes with its fine Chateau, Fenestral tower and fortress buildings is a delightful place to visit. There are numerous restaurants, bars, stylish shops and a huge Sunday market that radiates from the central Place au Herbes throughout the alleyways and the little lanes of the town centre.

Explore the valleys and gorges of the Ardeche to the north, the vineyards of the Cotes du Rhone and the world famous Chateauneuf du Pape to the east, the Cevennes mountains to the west and to the south, the rich wildlife of the Camargue, with its bulls, white horses, flamingos and long sandy beaches.
