This self catering cottage comprises of lounge, large kitchen/diner, utitity room, downstairs bathroom with shower over bath, 1 double bedroom and 1 family bedroom. Sleeps 4, (+2 sofabed) + 1 cot.
Kitchen - Electric stove, Microware, Fridge, Gas hob, Electric oven, Toaster, Cutlery, Crockery, Glasses, Towels e.t.c.
Utility Room - Washer/dryer and Freezer
Lounge - Gas stove, Flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD player, small library and selection of games.
Downstairs Bathroom - Sink, Toilet, Shower over bath, heated towel rail.
Double bedroom - hair dryer supplied
Family room with two single beds and one double sofa bed. Hairdryer supplied.

Open all year round. Change over day Saturday - Departure time 10am. Arrival time 3pm onwards
Prices and Booking Terms
January - March £400 per week
April - June £450 per week
July - September £600 per week
October - December £400 per week
Exception to these prices include - last week December (Christmas) and first week in January (New Year) - £650 per week.
2 weeks over the Easter period - £650 per week
Spring Bank week - £650 per week
Book 2 weeks get 5% discount
£50 refunable security deposit payable on arrival.
25% deposit in advance, 1 week after booking. (non refundable on cancellation)
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival to Manor Farm Cottage.
