A converted cottage, set in the small village of Orival, just 5 minutes from the market town of Chalais. Furnished to a high standard. Only a short drive to Aubeterre and 40 minutes to St Emilion, just over 1 hour to the city of Bordeaux. Ideal base for visiting Vineyards of Cognac, Bergerac and Bordeaux.

Full use of house, garden, barbeque. Shared Pool (opens end of May to end of September, please check exact dates). Parking. Pool and garden maintenance.

Bed Linen and Towels
Heating charges (where applicable), the meters will be read by our agent in France who will inform us of the amount of electricity used for each let. For out of season lets we have included £50 of electricity. Any extra will be deducted from the breakage deposit of £150.

Terms:
Change over day is Friday unless stated. Please leave by 10.00am and arrive no earlier than 4pm.
The property should be left as you found it.

A 25% deposit is due when making a booking, the balance is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the booked period.

The Client is strongly recommended to arrange comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover).
