Ground floor - a stone vaulted room with music system, table tennis table and an additional refrigerator for drinks.
First floor - kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large salon for dining and lounging, WC, spacious terrace with fabulous view over the cathedral town.
Second floor - bathroom with old-style sitting bath, WC and washing machine, one bedroom with double bed leading to one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with child-size bed and Z-bed.
Third floor - bathroom with bidet and WC, bedroom with double bed leading to bedroom with small double bed, bedroom with single bed and washbasin,
Garden - the large terraced garden offers a fantastic (unheated) 10 x 5 metre infinity pool 1.3 metres deep, with panoramic views, sunbathing in full sunlight and also secluded and shady areas for relaxation. There is a studio with a sleeping platform and barbecue area with outdoors table and seating for 12 people. The garden leads up through several levels to a "belvedere" tower with commanding views of the area.
Swimming and windsurfing at Lac du Salagou; beautiful medieval Pezenas, Moliére's birthplace; the Abbey Gellone at Saint-Guilhem-le-Dèsert; Villeneuvette, founded by Colbert in 1677; fantastical terrain at Mourezes all within 30 minutes drive. Local marked walks 5-20km.

Terms
A deposit of 50% of the rent confirms booking. The full balance is payable four weeks before departure, together with a returnable deposit of £200. Prices include gas, electricity and linen. Guests are asked to provide their own towels.
