A ground floor apartment that has been completely refurbished to high standards. Fitted with large windows, this apartment will sleep six up to people in two bedrooms. This apartment has access to a walled, private patio area. In this delightful suntrap, you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a family barbeque.
Nordique
This light and airy first floor two bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms.
Accommodation in each apartment consists of:
Bedroom 1 - double bed and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 - two double bunk beds.
Shower room with washbasin and W.C.
Airy lounge with sofa, chairs and dining table
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Prices:

Where is La Tranche-sur-Mer?
La Tranche lies on the Atlantic coast approximately 130 km to the South-West of Nantes and a mere 60 km by road North of La Rochelle. To the East lies the charming region known as the Marais Poitevin, an area criss-crossed by hundreds of canals, many of them used for pleasure boating and fishing.
Its south-facing beach offers some of the best sands in Europe and fine views across the Pertuis Breton to the beautiful Isle de Re, an absolute 'must see' for visitors to the area. Tranche-sur-Mer has the benefit of an extraordinary microclimate and frequently boasts temperatures some 2-3 degrees higher than places only a few kilometres away.
Sheltered from the Southwest by the delightful Ile de Re, La Tranche sur mer lies on the Atlantic coast, facing South across the Pertuis Breton. It offers a beautiful, clean sandy beach and a small but bustling town with a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
La Tranche sur mer has one of the finest beaches in Europe with 13km of clean golden sand lying between the pretty town and the calm sea. It lies on the Atlantic coast, between Sable d'Olonne and La Rochelle and immediately to the West of the delightful Marais Poitevin area (also known as the Venise Verte - or Green Venice).
The administrative capital of the Vendee, Roche sur Yon is a mere 40km away. The beautiful port of La Rochelle is just 45minutes to the south by car, and Les Sable d'Olonne a similar distance to the North. Not far to the East lies the delightful medieval city of Fontenay le Comte, and nearby to that the charming villages of Vouvant and Mervent. The latter also lies in the heart of the beautiful Massif Forestier de Mervent, with the Vendee River running through its centre.
