Sleeping 6/8 in 4 bedrooms "6 Rue Du Podouvre" is just 1 minute from the village square of Jugon les Lacs and 2/3 minutes from the lovely Lake from which the village gets its name.
The house has been completely renovated and offers.
Bedroom 1 - Sleeps two. Double bedroom clean bright and cosy.
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps two in two singles either children or adults.
Bedroom 3 - Definitely for the children - sleeps two in bunk beds. Travel Cot bed inc.
Bedroom 4 - Sleeps two in the loft. Owners bedroom available on request.
Bathroom and Toilet 1- Compact and modern. Bath installed with little one in mind.
Downstairs to..
New modern Kitchen with all utensils - living area and dinning table - open fireplace - television and music facilities.
The cellar houses toilet 2 - Washing Machine - Microwave and Fridge and offers access to the small courtyard and BBQ. Please note the terrace garden is under development and should not be used. All rooms have fire alarms and the house is equipped with fire extinguishers.
The outside courtyard will easily store your mountain bikes should you wish to bring them.

Location and Attractions.
From the village you can explore the nearby coast and its superb beaches at St Cast, Dinard, St Malo and Sable D'or. Or visit cultural attraction such as the medieval village of Dinan and Mont St Michel.
Jugon Les Lacs itself offers Mountain Bike trails, walking around the lake, activities such as sailing, windsurfing, fishing ( Subject to season and permit). Adjacent to the lake is a new modern swimming pool complex open every afternoon in the summer, great for children and adults as well, includes toddlers pool.
The local council host regular music festival evenings during the summer which are great family fun. All the locals turn up with the children and have a good time. "Bring your own wine or buy your own on the night" The village square offers all you need whilst on holiday.
Food store x 1, Butchers x 2, Bakers x 2, Restaurant x 4. Most restaurants offer "Al Fresco dining" so you can enjoy the summer sun or the evening ambience. There is no need to drive as you are only a minute away from home!
This is our family home and we have found the area to be great, the locals are very friendly and like to talk, there are piles of things to do, or not if you want. The food is good, wine is cheap and the BBQ is always at hand (Go and see Serge the butcher and let a bottle of red breathe).
There is an open fire for out of season visits for cosy evenings, if you have worn the children out and fancy a night in!
Sorry no pets. This a non smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the courtyard area.
Getting There.
The house is 40 minutes from St Malo ferry port and two hours from Caen. A car is to be recommended.
