Simple traditional longère cottage, always quiet although near beautiful beaches on Lac de Guerlédan.

Many of the summer visitors are folk dancers & musician friends of owners, using the even simpler rooms & camping field while visiting local & regional Breton festivals, restaurants & local fêtes champêtres.

Large covered eating, cooking & dancing space in courtyard for hot sun or Atlantic weather & Gîte guests - while self-contained, will be encouraged to join in if they wish!

ACCOMMODATION
18th century semi-detached cottage. Sleeps 4/5.

Large traditional lounge (original slate slab floor), fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and chairs plus easy chairs. Narrow spiral staircase to landing (single bed or clothes hanging space) with bathroom/WC, two bedrooms (double+twin).

Gated courtyard provides play area safe from infrequent but sudden farm traffic.

The open fronted barn has table tennis, small pool table, bar football, dart-board, garden furniture and barbeque. Lake beaches, markets, eating, shopping, hill walking within easy distances.

Cycles available. Fishing licenses available locally.
