Self catering holiday villa sleeping up to 6 in Belviannes, a very quiet and pretty village in the Aude department of SW France.
Private and seculded and mountain views.

Just 45 minutes from the walled town of Carcassone and 2 hours from Toulouse airport and 1 hour from Perpignan.

 Lounge, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, Shower room, 2 double bedrooms plus loft Twin-bedded room with own toilet and hand basin.

Private and secluded terrace enjoying mountain views. There is garden furniture and a barbeque for guests' use.

Parking for 2-3 cars.

Bedding, Hand and Beach towels supplied, also kitchen linen.

 

The area
 Belviannes is situated in the Aude department in South West France. It is a very quiet and pretty village, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There are no shops in the village itself, but the market town of Quillan is only 3 kilometers away with a variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition it has an outdoor swimming pool.

There is a bread van which passes the house twice a day, and also weekly fish, meat and vegetable mobile market in the village square.

The airport of Toulouose is 2 hours drive, Perpignan 1 hour and Carcassonne 45 minutes. Hire cars are available at all airports.

The area offers a wide range of activities including white water rafting and canoeing, horse riding, climbing and abseiling, cycling and walking. The beaches of the Mediterranean are just over an hour away.

The region is rich in history, it is in the heart of Cathar country, and the walled city of Carcassonne is a wonderful place to visit.

The local wine is excellent, and there are numerous places to visit for wine tasting. Driving is pleasure, with quiet roads, and spectacular scenery. There are always plenty of places to stop, take photographs and enjoy a picnic.

Deposit £50 sterling cheque on booking. The of payment will be due 4 weeks before arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date the deposit will be retained and the balance returned. If the cancellation ocurs more than 4 weeks in advance of arrival the deposit will be returned.
